Weightloss

It seems to me that there is a modern preoccupation with the speed with which weight is lost. Hence the rise of sites such as quickweightloss.org. I am personally of the opinion, that whilst quick weight loss is fine for a special occasion or event, a far healthier approach is to implement some basic lifestyle changes to achieve longer-term goals.
Where a 'quick-fix' is needed (for getting into the wedding dress or swim-suit..), then caution should be exercised to ensure that any medication taken is well tried and tested, and more importantly approved of by an independent health-care professional.
