Dieting

There are, no doubt, some diet pills that work, and there are, no doubt, plenty more that do not...
The whole question of dieting is a perplexing one, and in most cases, it has to be said that diets are only a short-term fix. If you cannot rein in the propensity to eat the wrong TYPE of foods, and step up your weekly exercise regime, then dieting alone can really give you no long term benefits.
Realising that your body needs proper sustenance and a proper workout, is the first step to a healthier lifestyle. Trying to medicate your way to fitness is a non-starter...
