I have to say I am a bit wary of supplements because even too much of a 'good' thing can be bad for you. If I were tempted to partake of anything of this nature, I would certainly want to study the latest available diet supplement review to ensure that there were no nasty side-effects.
Healthy living should ideally comprise some rigorous and regular exercise, along with a healthy diet. Supplements may be required for short-term dietary imbalance corrections, but for the longer-term, a balanced diet should provide all that your body requires.
