Feel Good about yourself - Day 6

Whilst you are checking the mirror and rubbing in the olay regenerist, you might want to consider how else you can feel good about yourself. Here are a few more suggestions:
If you have a niggling physical or medical problem, why not get it checked out?
Something needs doing at home, some wallpaper peeling off, a lock that needs fixing - set yourself a list and work through it - it's surprising how these things preying on our mind can drag you down.

However don't forget the basics, keep exercising and eating/drinking well - plenty of fruit and plenty of fluids. Keep rewarding yourself even if only in a small way. Most importantly, don't forget this is for the long-haul - if you fall off the wagon, get right on it again and come back better and stronger..
