Employment Screening


When it comes to recruitment, it pays to think seriously about employment screening. There is considerable investment in employing and training new recruits, so you want to be sure that your new employee is a worthwhile investment.
You can only tell a limited amount from an interview, yet the majority of people are employed merely on the strength of a single interview of probably no more than 20 minutes. Employing a specialist company to screen propspective candidates could save a company from making an expensive mistake.
