Exercise or diet pills?


Whether you believe in diet pills that work or the value of exercise, the Summer months always carry more incentives for getting fit.
Lighter nights are conducive to playing sports in the evening, and looking good on the beach is incentive enough for most… There are supposedly numerous ways to perfect your physique, even using muscle toning devices that require no work, but for me exercise is by far the better way – after all good exercise works out your lungs and heart, not just your muscles.
