Getting to sleep


Missing out on sleep is an occupational hazard for the parents of small children, and first-hand experience tells me that the excitement of Christmas can mean many a sleepless night is had before everything returns to normal. Some people are able to simply take sleep deprivation in their stride and catch up on sleep when they need it, others do not find it so easy to 'cat nap' and often turn to a natural sleep aid before seeking medical help from a medical professional.
The advantage of natural aids is that they are less likely to have any long-term negative effects, and do not pose a potential hazard to little fingers that might find them...
