This one is on endurance athletics and the possibilities of long-term benefits or long-term dangers. I think it is possible to go too far, but for the majority, any exercise has to be a good thing.

Any sort of sport scares me really! I try to keep fit by walking and on my cross trainer and that is quite enough for me!
Ha Ha, I am intrigued by the idea of endurance sports because I used to be a runner and have run up to 10 miles, but I am far happier playing team sports like soccer
