In a recent TV program about storm-chasers, we had the chance to see the value of having storm shelters installed in the home. Many homes in the US are not built to withstand extreme storms, yet are built in areas that are subject to hurricanes.
The solution to this problem is to have a secure chamber installed in the home - one that can withstand the rigours of a severe storm.
Shelters can be constructed within the home itself or elswhere in the grounds of the property, and come in various sizes to suit different situations.
