Update on Virgin Media

I mentioned my problems and eventual success in getting a new deal from Virgin Media in a previous post:

Well the other day, I had a survey arrive by email for me to rate Virgin Media on their level of service. I took full advantage of this to let them now firstly how disappointed I was after learning that my original call had been a complete waste of time, and secondly how the situation had been rescued on the second call (which I should really have not needed to make).

I submitted the survey yesterday and am wondering if it will get a response - I will be very interested to see if they will respond, and I will be sure to post any news here...
